The Piapro Studio Standalone version was originally intended to replace the other versions of Piapro Studio and would be released for each vocal package.[1] To date, the other VOCALOID vocals have not been released with their own versions, and this remains the only released VOCALOID version of the "Standalone" Piapro Studio software.

Standalone was similar to Piapro Studio for V4X, except only certain vocals could enter the software. In this case, only Hatsune Miku V4 Chinese can use Standalone.
When Piapro Studio Standalone was initially announced as a new software to be bundled with Miku V4 Chinese, whose pre-orders opened on August 31, 2017, a note was added that an update for Crypton Future Media, Inc.'s V4X libraries (Megurine Luka V4X, Kagamine Rin & Len V4X, and Hatsune Miku V4X) that included Standalone would be released soon.[1] Since this announcement, no further news about Standalone compatibility with V4X vocals was ever issued.

Version supplied with the SONICWIRE digital release of Hatsune Miku V4 Chinese (product ID: 39833). No documentation exists regarding what new features it added or what bugs it fixed relative to any previous version, and there is no indication that it was provided as an updater for users of older versions.
