What is Piapro Studio?

Piapro Studio is a vocal synthesizer developed by Crypton Future Media Inc. Originally launched as a plugin based on the VOCALOID engine in 2013, it was reformulated as its own synthesis engine and released in 2020 as Piapro Studio NT; it has since been replaced by Piapro Studio NT2 in 2025. The software is designed to help Crypton Future Media develop Hatsune Miku and their other vocals the way they would like them to be. Piapro Studio has been integrated into products such as Presonus's Studio One; since 2024, it has switched from Studio One to Cubase.

To begin, read the article Piapro Studio to learn more about the software.

VOCALOID API-powered versions have the interface available in Japanese, English and Chinese.
